WES ECA taking time ....

WES received my education documents on 13 Jan 2017
The current status stays "Evaluation in progress" , its been more than 20 business days I guess .

My CRS is 446 I think next round I may get invite.

2 days back in WES website, I raised query regarding status - no reply yet
Calling to customer care , It ask to try again later .

Is any thing can be done to quicken the WES ?

My documents were received on 3rd Jan (even though i had sent it on 21st Dec), and got the evaluation done on 7th Feb. So probably patience is the key

He is right. Took almost two months for me. But let me tell you this. Keep bugging them. It helped me. I agree WES customer care is very pathetic, but dont stop sending mails. Do it atleast once a week. Good Luck.

- Checked out WES
- However I have done my degree from Univ. of Delhi and have passed out of CBSE almost 20+ years ago
- How do I request CBSE and Univ. of Delhi to send the transcripts to WES ? Totally clueless on this.

Hello,

You do not need your CBSE marksheets. For ECA you just need to send your Bachelor degree's copy and transcripts.

To obtain transcripts from University of Delhi, you can visit their website and get all the information. Alternatively, just google "DU Transcript Procedure" and you will find a pdf file with all the necessary information. I hope this helps.

The status will change to evaluation in progress. it's 20 business days from evaluation in progress.

You cant enter the pool without WES evaluation. The ECA has a date and if the ECA date is later than the ITA date, it would mean that you entered an incorrect ECA to get ITA earlier than you were supposed to. It amounts to misrepresentation and you would be inadmissible for 5 years. Don't take that risk.
