It's been a month and I have been continuously following up with PTU. I think they are playing Tambola with the timelines, every-time some vague numbers.not yet
I have tried all means possible but no success so now planning to remove my PTU degree from evaluationIt's been a month and I have been continuously following up with PTU. I think they are playing Tambola with the timelines, every-time some vague numbers.
Is your status still ''On-Hold'' ?
I am fearful the University might be reverting in the wrong format or doesn't even aware of the email received
I came across this link -I have tried all means possible but no success so now planning to remove my PTU degree from evaluation
Hi @shanshajahan , the WES VDR mail should have the same 10 digit verification code in all instances for the same candidate. However, the Reply To field might be different. This is because WES creates a unique ID to respond to for each mail, which may or may not be the same across both VDRs. Once the second VDR mail is received, your University can confirm the Reply to field and the unique ten digit ID. Alternatively, if the second VDR mail is taking too long, you can courier the hard copy of their verification response (which the university can provide you in a sealed envelope) to WES and track it at your endHi,
Please share your thoughts on my case below. My WES profile is on hold with second VDR. Though,I have sent the university suggested email id to WES to send VDR, the university officials has confirmed that they haven’t received any email from WES as of today.
I would like to know whether the 10-digit unique reference number will be the same for the second VDR. My university officials are ready to reply for the first VDR.
Please help!!! I have been stucked in the on hold enigma for the last 2 months.
@Jaywalker @Nishika22 Experts please have a look into my case
@tush1810, I’ve looped you in Let me know if there’s any update in your wife’s account...Cheers!@Nishika22 can you add me as well?? My wife's ECA has been put on Hold and I am struggling with the univesity to trace the Verification mail. It would also be helpful if you can share a sample VDR request?
Hi, PTU asked verification fee untill unless if we clear they will not respond to WES. WES should provide us how to pay the fee. These two doest have any proper coordination due to this we are facing problem.Did you get your report?
I am stuck with PTU
Thanks @Nishika22 Yesterday I got an update from university. I spoke with some other official at the PTU, he claimed that every request is responded within 3-4 days timeline. I conveyed that it's been a months and he responded that they might not have received any e-mail for my account.Hi, PTU asked verification fee untill unless if we clear they will not respond to WES. Great to hear that @shanshajahan Hope your verification gets done soon and your account status moves from ON HOLD to IN PROGRESS asap! Do update us on the next steps...Cheers!Thanks @Nishika22 Yesterday I got an update from university. They have received the mail.
Thanks Nishika, No that issue not resolved, not sure how proceed ...shall I file submit EE profile or wait for resolutionGreat to hear that @kamy18! A masters equivalency certainly makes the wait worthwhile and is a great milestone to kick off this momentous journey Hope your wife’s naming convention - the mismatch mentioned between the passport and the ECA report - has been resolved...
I’d suggest you submit your EE profile and keep your attempts for resolution going on in parallel. After an ITA, you’re allowed 60 days to submit your application, so you really have ample time to arrive at a resolution before you need to finalize your application. In parallel, you can make progress on your journey towards a Canadian PR by arranging for supporting documents as indicated by the system once you submit your EE profile and receive an ITAThanks Nishika, No that issue not resolved, not sure how proceed ...shall I file submit EE profile or wait for resolution
