@nikitha, I’ve looped you in on a thread where the sample verification mail is shared. Hope it helps! Can completely identify with your sense of frustration as my husband just went through the whole grind, and we had no idea what WES was upto the entire while We were fortunate only in that the ECA report was finally issued, albeit after a 10 day lag. Our institute, IMT, was most supportive through the process, and that made all the difference!

As @samikdg points out, this forum is really a boon to all of us at crossroads where we find ourselves let down by the system or simply lost in the long list of processes to be complied with. I’m assuming the 2 IDs you are referring to are 1@wes.org and auto-sender@wes.org? Let’s hope the verification is duly recorded and an ECA completion date released for your account. Best of luck!

Could you please let us know which are the 2 email IDs of WES to which your institute has sent the email? I will call my institute to send the email today as they've finally received the verification email from WES.

Talked to my institute today, they have received a bunch of verification emails on Friday including mine and will revert to all of those today. The person mentioned that the return ID mentioned for all of them is verifca8@wes.org, so guess they have now moved to this mailbox after 1@wes.org. But it is always better to check with each individual institute/university.

For both in the cases of myself and another person I talked to, WES picked up the first email ID which one can find when they go to your institute's website's Contact Us page. Find out that ID from your insti website and try to talk to the concerned department. In my case, it was the Director's office as the first email ID is that of the Director :O

Wes has started mentioning reply address since last week, happened with my wife also . Just checked today but it is verifica7. So they are sending unique email addresses for everyone .Moreover it is happening nearly with all applicants as i saw today in our university.
For those who did not get any reply address, ask wes on phone call and contact us to send again with proper reply address. As of now this seems to work.

Just a gentle advice to people: Please do not use the email id's mentioned here unless your institute has got the same email id for you. Some people have got this email id while on whatsapp group someone posted another email id.

What I have understood so far is: Its for MBA or PGDM degrees issued by autonomous institutes in India
