WES ECA Status: On hold (Anna Univ - Distance MBA)

My WES evaluation currently on hold with the comments saying "WES has requested further verification from the issuing institution and is waiting for their response."

Has anyone from Anna University distance MBA came across this status ? How long did it take for WES to receive a response from Anna Univserity ?

This is not just in your case, numerous applicants are facing similar frustrating situation I'm too in the same boat buddy. My status has been
on-hold for almost two and a half months I spoke to them as well but to no avail!! Truth is you just can't FAST-TRACK it.
