Wes ECA requirements

Hi,

I am new to this process and want to get ECA done through WES. Need little help.
I am MBA /BBA from IBA Pakistan. I have following questions and will be grateful if you can guide me here.

1- Do I need to send Matriculation and Intermediate certificate to WES?
2- If yes, then should I get my MBA/BBA degrees/ transcripts attested by HEC and give them to my local BISE (board of intermediate and secondary education) so that they can send all documents together or shall they be mailed separate by relevant authorities?
3- Does FBISE provide any help on getting BISE as I am located far away from the place where I had done my BISE.
4- Is there any kind of impact due to duplicate SSC certificates?
5- Any idea about minimum points that you may usually need to get your Express Entry Visa?

Both degrees and transcripts attested by HEC. Refer and register on their web site for attestations
