WES ECA report went missing during transit

Hi All,

As would luck have it for me, my WES ECA report has gone missing during transit from Canada to India.
Its been more than 45 days since its shipped (as shown in the application status) but I haven't received. I wrote to WES to check if they can help but didn't get any help with tracking as I had ordered it with ordinary post.

Has anyone here faced similar situation earlier? Is there anyway I can track the report and get it at the earliest?

I ordered it by ordinary post too, and I received it in 10 days.

But do you really need the report in hard print? I found it to have the same content that the pdf has. And I believe CIC required only the soft copy anyway.

Did they provide you with a tracking number? Its possible it is stuck at some warehouse.
Get the tracking number from them and contact the courier directly.
If you need urgently, apply for additional report.

Not sure but I think you can also proactively approach your local post office and inform them that you still haven't got it and you think it could be missing. That way, they'll know and maybe they can do an investigation on their end. Provide them all the details (sending address, your address, contents, date it was sent, etc.).
