WES ECA Report sent to IRCC before application submitted?

I had my WES ECA Report issued and I've been notified that they sent the report to IRCC.

(I had to get it issued first to know the number of the degrees they recognize, so that I could decide what to prepare next.)

Thing is, I haven't submitted my EE application yet. It's just that my profile has been created and my application is in progress, probably will automatically disappear. (I have to wait for some other stuff to be done and then will submit my application soon again.)

Q1. So what happens to my report that has been sent to IRCC?

Does it just wait there until I submit my application?

Or do I have to re-send my ECA report to IRCC once I submit my application?


Q2. Is it okay to submit my application at a much later date (probably around the end of this year, so in 4-5 months) after I have achieved all the requirements needed for my score?

I still need some tests to take. (English and French)

you have nothing to worry about. they are able to trace your ECA report using your ECA certificate number when you submit the application. you dont have to send them a new report upon submitting your application.

You should read the EE process thoroughly.
