Can anyone please confirm if the final WES evaluation report is directly sent to IRCC and that we (the applicant) don't have any control over whether we can select NOT to send the final WES evaluation report to IRCC (in case the evaluation is not favourable for me)? Therefore, can I check my WES evaluation result first before I can add it myself on my Express Entry profile?
2. Secondly, in case I do proceed with WES and they send a negative report to IRCC directly (that was not favourable for me - not recognized institute/degree or a lower evaluation than expected), then later on can I change that ECA report on my Express Entry profile?... for example later on add a positive ECA report from IQAS instead? Is that a problem in front of IRCC and considered a cause for refusal?
