Please let me know for express entry program do i need to evaluate my highest degree or all the degrees.

Do i need to evaluate my post graduation from WES or both B.tech and MBA ?.

Simply get all your dergrees evaluated. Its better that way.

It is enough if you get your ECA for your B.Tech alone.

For any post graduation, graduation eca is must. If you have any post- higher secondary degree/Diploma, higher secondary eca is not required. Just provide your graduation and other PG certificates evaluated. They give points based on your highest certificate. If your MBA is eca positive, then you will get masters points by default.
