WES-ECA Passport and academic records name mismatch

My academic records from JNTU university in hyderabad have the last name mentioned only with the Initial. But my passport has full name given. Would there be any issues in my application? Also in few records my last name initial is mentioned after the first name and few records have it before.

Please suggest

There is an option in WES that allows you to enter "other names used". Use that.

Also, if I'm not wrong, you can get an affidavit notarized saying that you are also known by your initial and report the variations in your name that exist in your records.
