WES ECA from IHM Mumbai not credentialised by WES

Hi,
I recently applied to WES after i got my attested marksheets from NCHMCT. But WES has rejected it saying that it is not from the issuing university. All IHM comes under NCHMCT and my college was affiliated to IGNOU which only issues the Degree and not the marksheets. If anybosy has gone through the same problem please post a solution. Thank you.

I am passed out from IHM Pusa. Can you tell me what all documents you submitted to IGNOU to get the transcripts/envelope which needed to be sent to WES ? And do i have to send only that envelope to WESor i have to send any other documents as well to WES? If yes, can you let me know which documents.
