i have a problem and was wondering if anyone had any similar encounter. i sent my degree over for WES to assess. towards the end of 20 working days, i realized that my CPA certification can also be assessed by them (so that i can get more points). it was my bad that i didn't do more research on this forum before hand.
anyway, i sent them a message quickly to tell them to hold the report as i would like to add in one more credential. they responded through email and asked for the details. i replied that email, without knowing that nobody seems to read message from that email.. they seem to only attend to queries sent from the website.
anyhow, they completed my report and sent it to me. meanwhile however, i had already sent my documents over with the first reference number. i sent a message again on the website and they replied that i should log in to upgrade my report. i did that and paid more money for it.. (although i honestly think it wasn't my fault but i didn't wanna spend time arguing about it but just want it to be done). they then gave me a 2nd reference number. however, i've already sent all my documents (especially those from the institution) over to them 2-3 weeks ago with the first reference number.
i have sent them another message and told them about it, asking for confirmation of receipt of the previous documents. however, i have not received any response. sighs. this hiccup is taking too long to be resolved... and it's worrying me because i end up having less points when my birthday comes in december. i want to get it closed as soon as possible as i currently only have 436 points now. with the second credential i can get 469 points which gives me a good chance for the rounds in november...
anyway, appreciate if any of you guys have similar experience and would be willing to share.. or how i can help to make this work quicker.. thank you all..
