WES ECA assessment, Is transcript needed or is attestation of documents is sufficient

I have few questions regarding WES ECA aseesment,
1. For WES ECA assessment, Is transcript needed or is attestation of documents is sufficient? Attestation is bit fast process and less costly as compared to transcripts.
2. Recommended way ECA assessment report is via "Standard mail via Canada post" OR "International Courier(85$)"?

Transcripts are needed for the validation

Hi Guys,
I am in Abitibi region on open work permit. My employer is going to submit application for job validation to Quebec Ministry of Immigration, Diversity and Inclusion. My overseas degree and transcript are evaluated by WES and also attested by issuing authority. So, can we submit just the photocopies of all these documents or overseas credentials are required to be sealed? What about other documents like Canadian transcript, passport etc. Just photocopies are enough?
