WES doesn't recognize Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), please help!

First of all, congratulations.
And secondly, oh my God! Can you break up the timeline?
The time taken for RTU to make a transcript, send it to WES, WES acknowledging and then processing?
I remember reading that they do this in 35 days once they receive the documents.
Hi guys! My brother is a 2013 pass out from RTU. He has been trying to get WES done. This is what has happened so far -
1. He flew all the way to Kota from Bangalore to make sure things happen fast with RTU. They sent the transcripts to him and we sent the sealed envelope to WES directly to find that RTU sent only the consolidated Mark sheet transcript and did not send the degree. WES declared that the documents are incomplete.
2. My parents flew to Kota again to get the degree transcript and sent it to WES. And after some time WES said the documents are incomplete.
3. We have been in contact with them by all means now. Email, endless calls. But they just aren't telling what the issue is with the documents. We have checked both the documents and they look fine. We got the semester wise transcripts. And my brother had a few backs.
It would be great if someone could help me understand what the issue could be. There's isn't a point getting the same documents again and send it to WES when they aren't even helping us understand what the issue is.

1) The time taken by RTU for the transcript is a minimum of 7 business days. (I applied on 21-Mar-19 and gave them my phone number in my application and I got a call on 29-Mar-2019 that they sent to WES). In the meantime, I already sent a copy of my Degree to WES earlier that month.
2) WES acknowledged on 27-Apr-2019 on their website that they received all the documents and I don't require to submit anything else.
3) WES updated on their website on 16-Jun-2019 that the verification is complete and a copy of ECA will be sent to my address by end of the month.
Timeline - slightly over 3 months. Yet to receive the ECA copy. Yes, it is a minimum 35 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays)
1) The transcripts have to be sent by the University and NOT the applicant in an envelope.
2) The copy of the degree has to be sent by the applicant and NOT the university in a sealed envelope.
You can start by going to the RTU, start a fresh application for a transcript and ASK THEM to send to WES in a sealed envelope. It should contain only the transcript and the WES Request form duly filled by RTU.
Secondly, a copy of the degree has to be sent by you in another envelope separately.

How much time did it take for you, from the day you submitted to them?
I also got it evaluated 10 days back. It took them 40-45 days to finish the evaluation and give the result.
Hi Guys, I am working on transcript process with Rajasthan Technical University for Canada Express entry . Can you please suggest which type of transcript is accepted for Canada PR by WES, is it Subjective or Semester?
I went with Subject based transcript and my WES ECA got completed in about 2 months.
Thanks for responding. One more question since my first year had no semester but year exam how should i fill the semester marks for only Year 1 on RTU site. Anyone who has come across this problem,
I submitted paper application personally at RTU Kota. In your case, I guess you can fill the marks in both 1st and 2nd semester same or see if you are allowed to keep it blank for one of them. Since there is an option to upload the marksheets, they'll understand. On a safer side, attach a letter of explanation at the end of all the marksheets when you upload. This is a tricky situation

Hi. Can someone answer my query for transcript through RTU.
I have to send my transcripts again to WES. I have sent a subjectwise transcript along with attested degree but still my documents were marked as incomplete. Also, is it mandatory to attach the academic request form. If yes, then were should i upload it as there is no section for uploading academic request form on online portal. I can only think of address label section where i can attach the academic request form.
2. Do i have to send all marksheets ( main and back) with attestation through university. They are charging 300 per marksheet. Overall cost will be 300×8 + back marksheets and also subjectwise transcript cost now 800 + consolidated marksheets - 300. Overall cost would be close to 6k including 2k as delivery charges.
3. I called Wes and they said they got partial records of marksheets even when i did it through university.
4. Also my name is different in marksheets and passport. Wes evaluates identity through passport. I have given my adhaar card during enrollment and all my certificates of college and school have similar name. In my passport i have full form of my first name wheareas in my adhaar i have short form. Is there any extra certificate i need to attach for transcript or it will be accepted this way .
Please suggest how to complete my transcripts as it was unsuccessful in first attempt.
