Guys, Help me!!!! Canada/India post shows the same status for past 11 days.

My university has send my transcript through speed post only &tracking I'd
EE870244001IN Now status is shown your courier is hold by custom in canada what I can do &I camplain to speed post but no any reply give any one. please suggest me what' I can do now

Hi, there is nothing wrong in it. Every international shipment is kept on hold in every country for the custom clearances. Once the custom give the clearance your documents will be delivered. There is no action required from your side. Post office will take care of it.

Hi,
2 days before I checked the status of my courier is shown custom is cleared & courier is sent to the destination location, But till that no any update from WES.
Have any idea how many days required to update the status on the WES portal.

This is the current status by WES :-

Processing of Incoming Mail
  • Documents received in our WES Canada office by October 20, 2020, will be added to your account by October 30, 2020.
  • Documents received in our WES Canada office by October 27, 2020, will be added to your account by November 6, 2020.
If your documents were reached by 27th October, as mentioned you should have an update by 6th November.
If it reached after 27th October then you may expect an update accordingly.

These days the whole process of evaluation by WES from India is taking around one month. Considering the fact the documents were sent by India Post.

As your documents were sent on 15th of October therefore, it is advised to wait for a month atleast.

Ricky Well noted;
For your information, I have 4 Education certification which is submitted to WES for ECA.
1) 3 Education Certification from GNDU university. WES ECA Done
2) 1 Education Certification from Jammu education board. ECA BALANCE( WES has received a degree certificate & Marksheet is not received) But i dont know my courier received as per tracking but wes status update 28-10-2020 your degree certificate is accepted but Marksheet not received..

My Transcript was sent via India post on October 27, 2020. Tracking show that it has reached M4M on 16th November and the status is "Item delivery confirmed". Today is 3rd December and still no updation from WES. Kindly suggest me what to do.

My Speed post status is showing as below from Nov 20, University sent the transcripts to WES on Nov 16.

Nowadays, it is taking 20-30 days from India, if sent through India Post.

WES will only be able to update it once it is delivered. What is the delivery date ?
