My package was delivered on 28th of June, yet my WES status is on hold: waiting for documents. Since it takes 3 business days for status updation, in my case is over 3 days now what should I do?

hello, I have sent my transcripts from hyderabad on 4th June. It has reached canada on 18th June. It is 24th June and till now its lying with custom only. If they are taking long time to clear the customs, to whom we need to contact. can anyone please let me know. Still how many days will it take to reach WES, CANADA.

Hi, Due to some administrative issues or other custom issues the parcel may take long time to reach WES. Mine took more than a month to reach WES. So don't worry if it is outbound from India, then for sure it will reach

Can you please share your complete timeline
I sent from Chennai too on jul 29 it is bagged still the transcripts has not reached Canada. I guess from Mumbai and Delhi it just takes 3 days. Can you share your how much it took to reach Canada from Chennai or post your tracking details please

Hi this is really funny I sent my docs through registered post and they reached in 24 days.
Speed post usually takes 11 days to reach canada

My University has sent a registered post with my documents to WES on July 10th 2019, as I see I can't track it from Indiapost tracking site. My WES status is not changed even after a month and a half, I'm worried really sick and want to know where my documents are, so I raised a complaint in Indiapost and didn't get an answer. Is there any way I can track the shipment sent?

my transcript has left from the university and according to the tracking number last updated on 22 august 2019, it shows it is enroute canada and there is no update since then so how many does does it usually take to update or deliver my documents from pune to toronto. it is done through speed post but it shows no update after August 22, 2019. please respond. Hi Everyone,

WES stopped accepting the documents sent by the individual after Dec 1, 2018. My University from Bangalore recently sent my transcripts to WES through speed post India. I felt my answer would be of some assistance.

I posted my transcript on 7th September from Bangalore, India and costed INR 1392.40/- It took exactly 10 days (8 working days) to reach the destination and tracking service is mediocre. Package status after reaching Mumbai was not updated for 7 days and it was very hard to contact the customer service representative. But it was updated on 17th September informing that package was received in Toronto. Overall experience was ok and can improve the customer service. Since my university relied on speed cost, I had no other choice or else I would have opted FedEx. But if you think from cost perspective, Speed post is very economical. PS - You have to track in CANADA post once it is out for delivery from M4M, Canada.

They received the documents on Monday (16/09/2019) and they haven't updated my account as to having received and I call them today(19.09.2019) and they said they have no one "M.P" signing for them and that they don't have a location called Milford mills!!

Did you have any such issue?

Hello alrsankar, i called WES right now , he said they have received my documents today and it will be updated after 7 days, so its better if you check ur update after 10 days. For furthus assistance u can call me on 9780218898
