WES Document Submission - CONFUSION

Dear All Experts,

I have submitted successfully the online application form. I am thankful to all of your guidance and help on this forum shared time to time. Now I am going to my home town in couple of days for applying transcript at university. I am preparing document envelope which I need to send from my end I am now really confused what should contain in envelope which needs to send from my side.

Envelope which needs to be send from Me -

1. All 3 years mark sheets photocopy ?
2. B.com degree certificate photocopy ?
3. WES Application filled copy ? ( Which I received after making payment )
4. Are these above said documents needs to be attested ? ( I am from India, so document which sent from India does they need to be attested ? )If yes from "Whom" ?
5. Am I missing something ? Experts input welcome.

University Documents -

1. What my university will send to WES ?
2. Is it all 3 years marksheets and degree certificate ?
3. Do I need submit WES Application form to university so university will put that "WES Application Form" in their envelope to be send to WES ?
4. Am I missing something ? Experts input welcome.

Experts please guide on this, as I am really confused at this point and really in need of help.

1. From your end, send a photocopy of your diploma or degree certificate. Nothing to be attested. Please check your country requirements if there are other docs to be submitted from your end.
2. For your university, bring the WES application/document request form to your school. Let them fill out the portion below. They will send this form together with your transcript in a sealed envelope (stamped and/or signed by your university)

As for my experience, I requested the needed document from my university sealed in an official university envelope. I personally shipped it to WES together with a photocopy of my diploma. Cheaper and to ensure both docs delivered at the same time to WES. No issues encountered. Please make sure the documents from your university are sealed by them.

Reg "University Documents".. often the Univ. (Indian) will hand it over to you in (sealed) envelope rather than themselves dispatching it to WES. You collect the envelope from them, put it in another envelope along with copies of degree cert and mark-sheets/ transcript. And courier it as a single envelope to WES.. quote your Ref #. You're from which Univ. ?
