WES Document Rejected Twice

Wes has sent my documents for verification to wrong university. They have sent my documents to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala instead of Mahatma Gandhi University, Meghalaya. i did my Master's from Meghalaya university. what should i do in these case? and also any idea how long it takes university to revert back?

How do you know that they sent to MG University Kerela and not MG University Meghalya?

No you dont need to pay fees again, just submit the documents again. I have submitted documents again, waiting for WES to accept

How can u apply again when WES already closed ur account
