WES Document help <Please need you help immediately>

Hi Guys,
My consultant saying that it is fine to get notary signature for my degree certificate to validate for WES. Please confirm whether this is correct or do we need to get the attestation from the university only. Please help me guys.....

Also do u know about oceansoutsourcing consultancy India. Is it okay to go ahead this consultancy. Please suggest ur thoughts.

WES has clear instructions in their site on how to send transcripts. It has to be seal + signed by the university and kept in an envelope and the backflap of the envelope also need to have the seal and sign of the university official.

Please do not goto consultants who have no idea what they are talking about. I do not know about Ocean Outsourcing.

Attestation of Degree Certificate is not mandatory. WES says "Forward a legible copy of the document to WES.".

However Transcript is mandatory. Requirements for Transcriptare as below:
"Arrange for the documents to be sent directly to WES by the university or

autonomous college responsible for conducting the examinations.

-OR-
If the document is given to you to forward to WES, it must be attested & dated

and placed in an official sealed envelope that is signed or stamped across the

back flap by the appropriate authentication officer at the institution that conducted

the examination."

They don't seem to be very knowledgeable else they wouldn't guide you so wrong! Sigh, case with almost consultancies.
