Hi, I have a Master's degree from Stratford University which WES did not recognize it. I have given IELTS exam twice with scores over 7 in all Sections except in writing which I am stuck at 6.5 twice.I have over 5 years of experience as a Software Programmer in USA, looking to apply for PR. Please let me know if anyone had luck with other Assessment Institutions with Stratford Degree. Thanks in Advance.
Wes did not consider Master's degree from Stratford University, Any other option?

Stratford is a for-profit college and is not regionally accredited. It's possible another one of the assessment institutes may recognize it - but you may be out of luck - meaning this degree is not the equivalent of a Master's in Canada.

Did you try with any other institutions for evaluation? I'm on the same boat; received my WES evaluation today and it's says,
Status: ACICS Accredited (see remarks below)
Canadian Equivalency: Master's degree from a non-recognized institution
Remarks: Only institutions accredited by one of the six regional accrediting agencies in the U.S. are regarded by WES as recognized in Canada.
Unsure on where to go from here.
No need to worry you can apply for immigration, even i got same report and i applied for pnp got ITA and waiting for my nomination and also i have confirmed with WES and got positive reply.

No they will not accept acics degree from now onwards i am saying about the people who got wes report as masters from non accredited institution can apply for express entry

Current to qualify for ITA you required 67 points and I am standing on 66 points (India B.E gave me 21 points only). Master degree from Stratford University not giving me any points.
So how can I apply for PNP program? if you can give some more information so I can apply.

I applied for bcpnp and job offer is mandatory for that and i am from Virginia international university
