WES Details

I recently sent my documents for evaluation to WES , i made the payment and got the reference number from them , delivered the courier which was accepted by them. It showed as document are in review but today when i logged in its asking me for all the details like when you create the profile for the first time. What could be the problem is it their system problem or my documents have got rejected because of some reason ? Although i have sent the documents in the format in which they require , i am tense now please help :'(

Send them email, they do reply.

deepaksood is right. send them an email. i emailed them months after i received my evaluation report and they replied to me and helped me with my query

Thanks for the reply guys , strangely i opened the WES website with link to my account application status rather than the WES link and i successfuly managed to open my account and its showing documents in review. Phew. Thanks a lot again guys
