I am going to send my educational credentials to WES. I will be getting my undergraduate degree's official transcript soon but my post graduation transcripts are getting delayed. So, can I send my UG transcripts first and then send PG degree transcript later when I get it and use the same WES reference number to get it assessed?

If my PG degree is from a college affiliated to a central university, will it be recognised by WES? Although my college/institute was not affiliated when i got my degree.
