WES Cover Letter

Could anyone quickly provide what exactly needs to be sent to WES?

I am sending my Diploma from MSBTE and B.E. Degree transcripts for ECA @ WES.

I have 2 envelopes, 1 with Diploma stuffs and 1 with Engg.

Please let me know what is the best way to send and what exact procedure 1 needs to follow.
