WES Confirmation of Doctoral Degree Conferral form in French ?

I have a PhD from a university that uses the local language and the French language in their official documents.

WES is asking for a confirmation of Doctoral Degree Conferral, the form of that confirmation is in English.

Can I fill out the form in French? or it must be in English?
