WES completion

I emailed WES last week asking them for a completion date of ECA. They have replied to me with a date they are going to deliver the completed ECA. The completion date is exactly 20 days after the status changed to 'Evaluation in Progress'. Now I will wait and watch if they keep up to their deadline. The email stated that The processing time is 20 business days after receipt, review and acceptance of all documents by WES and payment in full

I think it would be worth emailing WES and asking for a completion date to save you the trouble of checking the status regularly like I have been doing.

Hi! So did they stick to the given date? My situation is such that I have 4 degrees from 3 different universities. Since WES has changed its procedure, the Universities have to now send the transcripts directly to them. The first set of documents was received by WES on 19th Jan 2018 as updated in my account. The account status got refreshed 6 times with the same status, "We have received your documents", the last being on 20th Feb 2016. I have written multiple mails to them (via the contact us) just to confirm whether they've received my documents from all the three universities but they give a very generic reply. Any other mail id where they give a case specific reply?
