my summary from WES, please note the WES remark in number 2:

my question is- has anyone been able to contact WES and get them to change the wording? because the additional remarks of "in conjunction with the study previously completed"- might suggest that is a 4 years bachelor degree- but i did get a 3 year bachelors degree and then 1 year higher diploma in accountancy. and would like to with full confidence select two or more degrees.

I think you ar right. As long as you cannot get them to change the wording, then I believe you would only be able to claim it as one degree.

Have you tried contacting them to just ask them directly if they are willing to mark the second degree as 1 year postgraduate study or something similar?

I have seen quite a few people on here with similar 1 year diplomas and it usually seems to come out as 1 year of studies, so they might be willing to reassess.

Our agent contacted them now and WES replied that they couldn't advise if the qualifications should be seen as two degrees as they do no want to be held to it in writing.

Without any confirmation in writing, it would be safer to stick to just claiming one Bachelors degree to avoid the risk of getting rejected.
