WES: can i get equivalence certificate against final marks sheet only??????

for my M.Phil, i only have final marks sheet/Result card, degree has not yet been issued, can i get equivalence certificate for it???

If you do not have the degree certificate, you will at least need the Provisoonal Certificate. Which country are you from, check WES site, it mentions what documents would be applicable to you.
