WES BTech evaluation from India (Rajasthan Technical University)

Hello,

I have registered account on wes and filled out application. On required document list it tells me that it needs copy of provisional/real degree as well as official transcript.

I want to know if the copy of degree also needs to be attested by my university and if yes does that needs to be in a sealed envelope as well.

Once i get both documents ready, does the outer envelope to contain both of them needs to be sealed as well or it is okay for that to be just be container for the actual sealed envelopes. Or shall I send both documents as it is in 2 separate couriers.

Wes also mentions "Download and complete the top section of the Academic Records Request Form. This form will help you request your documents."

can anyone confirm to me if thats a required thing or an optional thing, and if required do I need to get it done from my University?

Please can someone also tell me if the official transcript needs to be subject wise or semister wise (my university offers in two types)
