WES assessment

Dear friends,
I have a doubt Will WES check marks for the assessment process for my graduation. I am from India and graduated in English Literature from Kerala University.I have only 40 percentage marks, which is third class. So will Wes consider my graduation as equalant 3 year graduation?
Also can I apply for PR myself and later take my wife with me under sponsorship?
