You can reply with all documents you have. And for the FBI PCC , just mention in LOE, you did your best to get it as soon as possible and it is delay from FBI . Attach all proofs you have.

In our case, my wife medical --Xrays only was deferred and rest of all check were completed and we got a letter from doctor saying Xrays deferred unitl delivery.

hello, my spouse deffer-ed xrays until after child birth. when she goes next time for xrays she will be in a different country and with a different doctor/provider. Will a deferral letter enough just to do xrays and complete medicals? OR she has to do complete medicals again? Thanks

I dont think it is an issue like lbelow. All you have is same name just split differently in passport vs application. Say School docs say Amar singh Degree certificates say : Amar Pratap singh . This would be name addition.. which you have to explain with "one and same person" affidavit.

HEy Sid, I am in same boat as you. Delivered Sep 25th. what payment option you used? if its CC you can see a change around the time they opened your file. I am wondering if there is a thread tracking FBI PCC average procesing time.
