WES assessment of PG diploma course from IGNOU

Hi there,

Will WES recognise online post graduate diploma course done via distance education (online)? I have a BE in Civil Engg. Along with the PG diploma can I mark myself as two or more certificates diplomas or degrees? Will WES validate any distance education course from IGNOU?
