WES Assessment: College where I took my Bachelor's Degree Closed

Hi there, anybody who can tell me their thoughts, experience, information regarding my plight.

I have all necessary documents except that the school where I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree is already closed. There is no one available to seal my documents in an envelope and send to WES.

However, can I have my documents sealed instead by a government institution who commissions Colleges in my country?

Any thoughts, feedback is much appreciated.

The College may have closed. But WES assesses the University to which your college had the affiliation. Is the University still alive ?

i am from INDIA and new here. would like a piece of advise from seniors

i have done b.com from delhi university (1994-2000), school of correspondence and MBA from EIILM University (2008-2010) which is a UGC approved private university. Also for the above years it was authorised to conduct distance learning courses approved by UGC-AIU-DEC, but have heard a lot of negative about this university.

Queries

1) Has anyone got a positive WES evaluation for EIILM university or ANY OTHER PRIVATE UNIVERSITY FROM INDIA ( it is not in the list of universities on wes website ) . And some immigration consultants have told me that even though private universities are on UGC website but still not entertained by WES.

2) Secondly, if a send my B.Com and MBa and GOD forbids, MBA is not evaluated POSITIVE by WES, will they then give a Equivalency certification for at least my bachelors in commerce stating that BACHELORS DEGREE IS EQUIVALENT TO CANADIAN Standards or they will just evaluate my MBA and send a report MBA not equivalent to canadian Equivalency certification . and i have to reapply to get atleast my bachelors equivalency certification.

New to this forum, planning to apply in NOC 0112(HR) ,stuck at the stage of WES evaluation, online status shows çompleted'' but they have evaluated my MBA as ''Masters from non recognised univ"' though it is UGC(India) recognised ,i had sent BA & MBA for evaluation ,am totally shattered.Any suggestions or any similar cases please help!!!

WES evaluating all the degrees seprately. Like if you will send the MBA degree & B.COm degree together, they will gv u the assessment as equalent to Canadian Bachelors three years without considering MBA degree which is non recognized.

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a big favour .

I did my diploma in Sri Lanka from a private university. (2 years) and I got in to Buckinghamshire University to do my Honours degree. (Final year)

I made my applications to WES and Buckinghamshire University sent all the final year transcripts and grades to WES. It was okay.

now WES is requesting the diploma certificates. The problem is that the university I did my diploma is closed now. There is no way to contact them. (I am in Toronto now and I still have the original transcripts with me, but I don’t think I can send those)

In this case what should I do? Any solutions? Is there any email address I can write?
I appreciate if anyone can help me with regarding this.

Usually colleges are affiliated to a central University,have you tried this? Also in some cases usually they set up different portal for Alumni...
