WES asking for Certificate of Membership JNTUH B.Tech

Hi,

I filled up my WES IRCC application and now it is asking for Certificate of Membership which i have no clue what it is.
It says - "his is an official document issued by the appropriate professional body that proves you are a qualified member."

I have my B.Tech from JNTUH .

Can someone help me on this? What is Certificate of membership?
