WES Application Query

I have Completed Btech through lateral Entry, after my diploma , I entered directly into Btech 2nd Year, So I have Sent only the Btech Transcripts to WES and i have not sent the Btech Provision to WES.
1. So do i need to Send Diploma Transcripts too?
2 .And If i have to send the Diploma Transcripts, can i Send the Diploma Transcripts with Btech Provisional in same envelope.

I believe that you need to send a copy of your certificate yourself.

Diploma transcripts however need to be sent by your college/awarding body in a sealed envelope. If they don't arrive in this format they won't be assessed.

1-->Yes i will send a Copy of my Btech Provisional to WES, in the Same Envelope Can i Include my Diploma Transcripts as Well.

Status Showing in the WES, Copy pasted below, Please Suggest, Can i proceed with 1st Point

Reason: The document received only contains a partial record of your study program. Subjects taken and grades earned for part of the study were not included. We are missing information for your program. We have a transcript that begins in semester 3.
