WES application for 3 degrees (Roorkee, BITS Pilani, IGNOU)

I am planning to raise request ECA by WES and have few doubts.

I have completed the graduation from IIT-Roorkee (earlier UOR) and then did 2 year MS Software Systems from BITS PILANI (distance mode) and then did 1 year PGDIPR from IGNOU (distance mode).

I have searched the forums and found that both MS Software Systems from Pilani and PG diploma from IGNOU are accepted. I hope there is no change in that.

So, I have the following questions:
1. While raising ECA request, I should submit all three and raise three applications? or one application and add three credentials?

2. The transcripts are required from all institutes or just gratuation part since WES says .... "
If you have an Indian master’s degree or an Indian postgraduate diploma…
You must also provide your bachelor’s degree documents. WES cannot complete an evaluation without these documents."

3. The degrees can be uplaoded to WES website? But I couldn't find any place to do it.

4. The PGDIPR (from IGNOU) isnt listed in auto drop down box... I have manually updated.

A little confused on this part, please help clarify.

//degree can be uploaded only after one has paid the fees and completed the application
