Wes application cancelled

I applied for wes verification of my academic documents. My ND and HND were before I got married, after marriage, I made a complete change to all my names with affidavit and paper publication backing it up. My application to wes, my passport and my MBA certification were in the new name. Wes cancelled my application for names discrepancy without demanding for any supporting document to that effect. I'm confused right now, I don't know what to do right now.
