I have paid to WES yesterday to get the transcript requesting form for evaluation process and paid wes through credit card payment and I got the reference number and downloaded it as HTML page,and after that whenever i try to login to the wes account it shows ACCOUNT CONSOLIDATION check back later and doesnt show anything else other than that,i dint recieve any confirmation mail regarding the payment made or whats going on.
2) Is it possible to edit or change my first/second name.
Please help

I got the same issue today, is it got resolved after few days for you ?

The big question is I have the Reference number, Should I post the documents to them or wait for this issue to get resolved ?
