WES _ Processing times

Is that mandatory to sent the transcript from University? Or if the mark sheet's and degree certificate are provided by the university then we do not need our university to send instead I send the copy of them. I live in Canada and it is difficult for me to get it from my university in India. Please suggest.

One more question on that.

I have the final mark sheet with each semester details in single page. I do not have each semester mark sheet. Will that be a problem? or the final marksheet with individual semester details enough?

my WES says document not received whereas my wife's wes is done today.
I had sent both couriers together only.
Any particular email id through which they can help ?

I did my Master in Canada, but Bachelor outside of Canada
I sent my bachelor's documents for ECA and I have not received yet
For EE profile, can I still create profile and count on my Bachelor toward any point without bachelor ECA?
Do we need to upload any of ECA or IELTS score?

Yes you can create a profile for this you don't need documents to ECA . Once you get ECA number you can upload it later. But IELTS score you need it for creating EE profile.

1. Education
2. 1 year Canada Exp
3. IELTS score of 7

I have submitted all documents but it shows all document as pending since last 10 days.

What should i do?

I personally feel Icas is more worst than Wes. Icas taking 4 months and to get education documents they need original certificates which i feel is a risky.


Better contact customer service to resolve it..
