this was regular auto genrated email which was delivered to all applicants before corona at the end of every month.

Although no outland applicants received CoPR this year, it seems that IRCC doesn't bother inviting thousands more just to get their application fees..

GCKey is down for routine maintenance as stated on the login page try later today. I have received the same email. Lets see if there is any developments. Good Luck
