Were done with medicals last May 25, 2011, what's next?

Can anyone advise me? We lodged our documents at Canada Embassy last October 16, 2010 and after 3 Canada embassy notices we completed our medical exam in Cebu last May 25, 2011? I have the following questions:

1. What do we do next and how long shall we wait before the PR visa will be issued?
2. What preparations do i have to make while waiting for another Canada embassy instructions?

P.S. I already paid the Fee for Right to Permanent Residency and I am under the 29 occupations Federal Skilled Worker program (Professional
Services to management)

last may?
it normally take 6-8 weeks before rcvng PPR, but this time depends on security checks which are conducted after issuing medical request. Look at this great thread by Qorax
