Yeah im not sure what I am going to do at this point. It doesnt seem like I have many options. Its pretty much spend a ton of money and go to school out there, or get married to her and be sponsored. I am not sure really what I can do at this point anymore and its extremely frustrating. I understand that its not supposed to be an easy process to move to another country (even though its just a 5 hour drive from me) but im really losing all hope the more I read about it. I love Canada, the times I visited there I really enjoyed everything about it but this is just bringing me down big time and not sure how I am going to make this happen anymore.
I have been reading all the posts related to your concerns. Since you ruled out marriage and you also can't quality as a skilled worker as the rules for skilled migrations recently became harder. In other hand, I understand you love Canada and intent to live here that's a wonderful thinking and really Canada is most beautiful country in the world for all reasons..

However, to live in Canada for longer terms, your options are very limited. One option you might explore which is Student visa to live here legally if admitted to any college/school here and got sponsored for Student Visa generally for 1-2 year period (option to renew as long you continue study). Tuition fees are 3 times higher for International Students ($10,000 to $25,000 depending on level of study) plus other living costs. Many students does work part time depending on the circumstances. As student, you will not have any govt facilities or benefit access.

Once you finish your study you might look for a prospective job and employer who can sponsor you for work visa/permit (not a PR). Getting a work permit after completing the study also is not that easy in these days. If you are able to obtain work permit then your file entered in Immigration Process.. Once you have completed few years working in Canada under work permit only after that you may apply for PR card and if CIC approve your case then you may become a PR of Canada. Citizenship may take 5-6 years once become PR..

I hope you are clear now.. Good luck..

Thanks guys. I wanted to do schooling. I figured that would be my best bet, but of course the 2 colleges near her house that I would be able to travel to no problem? Arent covered by like, a single freaking student loan company in all of the US. I have great credit, but cant get a student loan. Its alright, it seems like literally the only option I have is a sponsorship, and without health insurance? I just dont know what im going to do anymore. This process is absolutely ridiculous.

What u mean? while your sponsorship application is being processed you have nothing. No work permit no health coverage no right to go to school here . You just wait for the application to be approved then all doors are open for you you will be like someone who's been in Canada for 20 years. In the mean time you can still come to Canada for to to 6 months each time. Time passes by fast you just need to START. Don t you think that waiting for something is better than waiting for nothing?
