Yeah, me too. Even I have a feeling it won't happen today. They may just communicate the delay and the "date" (read as second week of feb the new date will be as specific as the last date ) of next draw.

I would be really disappointed with CIC if there is no Draw today. If the system isn't ready, or if they are not satisfied with the quality of the pool, they should have already issued a statement with the draw date at least.

Regarding the tweets from yesterday.. That might just be the intern that updates twitter repeating the same instructions we read on CIC's page.
