Has anyone else faced this issue?

I have been facing this issue with the website since day 1. I have tried Edge, Mozilla, Chrome, yet everytime I try to log in using GCKey it keeps taking me through a bunch of sites and comes back to Government of Canada online service http://www.cic.gc.ca/

Any advise?

No ... Use Internet Explorer after clearing all caches. Still that is not a permanent solution.
