Weired CAIPS notes

Dear All;

i have applied in 2006, and got update email in 2010 and aupdated my file in last quarter of 2010.
i have ordered CAIPS and i have nothing stated in it
PSDEC:0
SELDEC:0

also

Paper File Sent to: PA FILE BF'D TO: PPS on 31/12/2011 MICROLOCATOR: Documents


and i have not even granted points except for age,

what all that supposed to mean? should i got Meds? or no?
and why it took them that much for 2 years since they have my updated papaers not to update it to the system!?

1. It doesn't really matter, as no selection decision has been made and your application was submitted before 28/02/08 so under the The Jobs, Growth and Long-term Prosperity Act, your application will be returned and the fees refunded. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2012/ob442C.asp

1. It doesn't really matter, as no selection decision has been made and your application was submitted before 28/02/08 so under the The Jobs, Growth and Long-term Prosperity Act, your application will be returned and the fees refunded.

This manual review will ensure that NHQ – Finance does not return fees in error for those applications where it is determined a selection decision was in fact made, but where CAIPS/GCMS data did not accurately reflect the decision code."

i believe this can give some hope, since i have provided them an update documents in 2010 and they may reviewed it and wrote down notes but not yet entered it to the system, soit cant be viewed by CAIPS.
thats what i understood from their website, what do you think? is that true?

Extremely unlikely. I doubt that CHC would take over 2 years to update the system.

You are right, but they put the files on shelves more than a year ago. And no action been taken since that

Do not agree, VOs are given dead line to complete update within 30 November 2012.
IMM06, please share more information from the CAIPS note, what is your total score, what are the comments on page 2 or 3 about missing documents.
Certainly your file will be processed, don`t worry because processing date 31/12/2011 is well before 29 March 2012.

my total score is just for age points nothing else been granted a points,
What is File sent to PPS means, which was 31/12/2011?

Read the OP's post. SelDec is 0 his application has not been reviewed or assessed.

SelDec O for almost all the backlog applicants I checked. PSDEC shows a file was assessed or not. However, that CIC found that though assessed many files but not assigned point so instructed to enter manually within 30 November 2012.

It is better for IMM06 to get another CAIPS note later during 2nd or 3rd week of December. I am going to apply another CAIPS note during that time.
By the way, PMM can you please provide your timeline?
