Weird reply from CHC. !!! Need Help..Some one reply wht to do Please !!! :(

last week i have mailed to CHC stating that its been 32 days have submitted my file and have not heard anything yet. neither was ask for medical my class will start from 7th.. even if i have medical after submitting medical and passport that process will take long time. so that they look into my case and let me wht to do.. They gave 2 reply of this today one of them is very confusing. i am pasting the email below. Please some one tell me. Making an inquiry when i am confuse will that hamper my visa processing like they get annoyed of my email and give refusal do they do anything like this ??? and i was not asked to do medical yet but the second email said something different which i got confuse. Making a reply to last email should i ask them That i am confused to your last email because i have not been asked to medical yet. what does this email mean?

I'll rely appreciate if someone experienced in the forum reply to this

1st Email that was sent

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in Singapore.

Please note that we are waiting for mandatory procedures for yourself to be completed. I can confirm, however, that processing is proceeding and there is currently no action required on your part.

Our office will be in touch with you directly should we need any further information or to advise of the next steps. Until then, we will not be able to provide any further information regarding your application.

We hope this information will be of assistance.

Last Email that was sent

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in Singapore.

In order to follow up with our medical office, please send us the name of the authorized Panel Physician you visited, the date you did your medicals and the date your medicals were sent to our office in Manila.

Once we receive the information we will be able to follow up the result of your medical examination so that we can finalize the application as soon as possible.

We hope this information will be of assistance.

Should i email to CHC and ask what does your last email mean as i have not receive any medical yet??? Should email and ask will it be beneficail or might bring negative reply ? Please suggest me some one.

I think you should reply to the second email, letting them know that you never received any email or letter to that effect (medicals). I am thinking they sent the first email when your case was not yet decided, and the second email might be they have decided to give you medicals which is still on soft copy but not yet sent or emailed to you.

time difference between two email is 4min.. :/ and they emailed in the same thread. so making an enquiry is ok right?? nothing harm in that if i am confused and ask anything?

I would rather advise you to give them like two days more before replying, though I don't really know if there is any negative effect it will pose to your application directly or indirectly. The first email gives more hope because it shows good result coming your way. Most emails got from CHC always show something like "your application is in queue". Like I said, you will come out triumphantly, just be positive.

well…wasting a single day might cost me a lot !!!.. I am planing to email them early in the morning.

I think here they got confused thinking you did your medicals but were not received by CHC. You should mention them clearly to second email again and ask if you should do medical or not because earlier you havent and you are getting late.

Best of luck. you will surely get your visa
