alright, i went to the office where i did the fingerprint this August. He told me if i am sure that i submitted the certificate this August i can just leave it alone. But i am afraid it may confuse the officer if i submit it again. Do you have an email that we can contact directly. Mine is lzy0846101@msn.cn

I received same email from CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca after my medical results have been received in my application status. I also submitted my rcmp police certificate.

I have to say good luck dud. It seems to be a general inquiry to everybody.

Hi i got this email on 22 may but i submitted with the file and this i got this email in feb as well and i send my new fingerprint in april but this month i got the same mail again what should i do now
