Weeks working 30 hours or less

I've had to delay sending in my application now as my lawyer suggested to do full 52 weeks of 30 hours a week as I am few weeks off the 52 since they weren't sure that I may qualify yet.. I've been working for a year and a half now though.

Is there anywhere in the CEC guide that says anything about work you have done 30 hours or less in a week? Some weeks I have been 1-2 hours off 30 hours which is rather annoying. Would it be wiser to get the 52 weeks worth of 30 hours? Or is it safe to assume the weeks I worked less than 30 hours a count?

This has been discussed in a few threads recently. You should start by counting the number of weeks you have worked 30 hours or more. If these weeks are less than 52, then look at the weeks you have worked less than 30 hours and add those hours together and divide by 30 to get some more full time equivalent weeks. Keep in mind that you cannot use any hours OVER 30 per week for calculations.

Part-time work is accepted but you have to calculate the full-time equivalent - add up all your hours for part-time weeks (any week less than 30 hours) and divide by 30 - that gives you the number of full-time equivalent (FTE) weeks. Add your full-time weeks and FTE weeks together - if it's more than 52, then you've met the requirement.
