I know that was stupid, but i was currently high on weed, and caught driving by a peace officer, he bound my car and gave a 24 hour prohibition, but didn't gave me any tickets or arrest me.
I am on work permit here, does it gonna cause any trouble to my immigration or going to show on my record?

Criminal law has immigration consequences. If you were dealt with by a peace officer who impounded your car immediately & issued prohibition, these are administrative penalties meaning it was done under a Provincial traffic law, which is non-criminal.

Stop driving under the influence, which is one of the easiest ways to get yourself ineligible to be in Canada. You got very lucky this time.
