I have my attested degrees that is sealed by HEC but HEC recommends that do not send documents to WEC before having our delivery message. Does pakistani students send documents to WEC without receiving HEC last delivery message? its about time i have not received yet.

I sent my documents to WES the same day I got them sealed by HEC. Didn't face any issues.
It usually takes 2 to 3 days in reaching WES office from Pakistan.
