Guys,

I submitted my CIC in May 2015, Medical request on Aug 1st, CIC showed MER on 14th Oct. But yesterday when I checked online again, it shows DM. I did not expect to finalize the decision this quick. Can you guide me what does this mean?

Did you apply via the express entry stream or the old paper stream ? If you applied through EE, then congrats. If you did not apply through EE, and your visa office is Ottawa / Sydney, you don't want a decision made soo quickly and way ahead of people with the same timeline +/- 2 months

I did not apply EE actually. But I do see some 2015 CIC applicants got PR visa in CIC HK office.

I'm assuming you're not an inland applicant. If your visa office is HK or manila, i've seen where those timelines are very short - I'll say "congrats!"

Yeah, I am applicant in China and Visa office is Hong Kong. Thanks for the wishes, I just can not feel happy until I receive email from visa office requesting my passport.
